In case you find a VAIMOO bike particularly vandalized we ask you to report it through the form in the app:

  1. From the side menu go to "REPORT FOUND BIKE".
  2. Complete the form with the information you have access to (if the serial number is not visible, continue with the report).
  3. Press "SEND".
